Song Killer
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I kill songs. I find a song I like and listen to it hundreds of times until I can't stand it anymore. Recently I found a new one in Here She Comes by B. Fleischmann. I found it on my ipod where I am pretty sure its been for a couple years and I hadn't ever listened to it. If you have any tips on how NOT to do this, please help!

Robin, I do the same thing. It must be something about our minds. We need new material to be inspired by. Of course there are songs that never got old to me, but most of the time, the favorites are definitely killed. I think the key is to love them and store them away for a mix you listen to in, say, 3 months or something? Then, you have a collection of faves that you LOVED but didn't over-love.
Yeah. Whatever, I don't really know. Just some thoughts.
Tia - I'm going to try this. It will be hard, an uphill battle to be sure -- but I think I can do it.
